Prestigious American wedding blog Style Me Pretty is saying that it “might take the title for the COOLEST. WEDDING. EVER.” We couldn’t agree more and are extremely excited about them featuring our photos of Anna and Dan’s beautiful wedding as their Cover feature today.

Anna and Dan said the most important thing about their photos was that they show the fun and love of the day. There were four main locations which were to be covered for the occasion.

Anna and Dan were married on a small island in the middle of a lotus pond, part of an earth sculpture designed by New Zealand artist Virginia King.

Guests mingled before the wedding in a pecan orchard decorated with brightly coloured bunting, and then made their way to the edge of the pond through a forest trail hung with lanterns.

After the wedding, a cocktail hour was held at Brick Bay’s ‘Glasshouse’.

We operated a polaroid photobooth against a hand painted backdrop of Mt Fuji by local artist, Val Sutherland. The guests posted their wishes alongside their pictures in an album created by Anna and her sister Margot.

Music was provided by a roster of talented DJs.
The bride’s family own the property and the reception was held at her parents’ home on the property, the centrepiece of which was an impressive floral display, created by the very talented Bloom Saloon echoing the flowers used in the bride and bridesmaids’ bouquets.
